DOES MY AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT NEED MAINTENANCE?
Keep in mind that your air conditioner is like a car, it needs to be checked regularly to keep it working well and prolong its life. An air conditioning system should be checked at least every six months. Just before the hot summer months and just before the cold winter months. Why is my equipment leaking water?

What should I do if MY AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT does not work?
Before calling a specialist, you can take the following steps. Disconnect and reconnect your indoor and outdoor switches. Make sure your circuit breakers are in the ON position. Make sure your filters are clean. Open the supply and return vents and make sure they are not obstructed. Check your thermostat settings. Make sure the system switch is set to the proper COOL or HEAT setting.
How often should I replace my filters?
If your air conditioner runs continuously, you should replace the filter at least once every three months. If you have pets (dogs or cats), you may need to replace them more often. During the winter months, the filter may not need to be replaced. But it is important that you check your filters to see if you need to change them.
Do I need to cover my equipment?
If you are concerned about leaves and debris getting inside the housing, you should better consider the short covers available that equipment dealers stock as an optional accessory. Covering an entire unit can trap moisture and damage it.

before working on my roof?
The first thing to consider is to do an inspection of your current system and based on a professional opinion, determine if everything needs to be replaced, or just cover the existing system . Building code requirements in some cases only allow one roof system overlay before a complete replacement is necessary.
Do you use nails or Staples for installation?
The NRCA recommends corrosion-resistant galvanized steel or equivalent roofing nails for the installation of asphalt shingles. There are building codes that must be followed in addition to the recommendations that the shingle manufacturer issues with their products.
If my roof is leaking, will I have to replace it completely?
As long as it is not a complete damage of the roof system, repairs can be considered. Especially if the leaks are the result of loose flashing or just damage to a section of the roof system. The decision must be based on a professional inspection.

How long does a roof last?
The lifetime of a roof system depends on the materials used, the climate to which they are exposed and the maintenance that is given to it. In general, most systems are designed to provide useful service for approximately 20 years. Some types of roof systems, such as slate, clay tiles, and certain metal systems can last longer. Manufacturers of roofing products give warranties on their products that vary from one to another. What care does my roof need?
Two periodic inspections a year are recommended to make sure that everything is in perfect condition. Unfortunately, roof system problems are discovered when leaks or other serious damage has already occurred. Typically, the most frequent problems are: cracked, deformed or missing tiles; loose seams and deteriorated flashing; Excessive surface granules that accumulate in gutters or drains; and other visible signs of roof system problems. Can you place New Shingles over old Shingles roof system?
New shingles should never be installed over the old shingle roof system. If you do not remove the existing tile roof system before installing the new system, you will not only lose the manufacturer’s warranty, but installation over old shingles can also cause the roof system to not appear smooth and level. Moisture can be trapped under the new system and the increased surface temperature from having two layers of shingles can accelerate aging of the roof. Also with not being able to see the plywood deck liner, no damage will be discovered and it will become a problem much down the road.

Can concrete have color?
There are materials of mineral origin, which are added to the concrete mix to give it color. There is a wide range of light to dark colors that can be adapted.
How long do you wait?
It all depends on the depth of the concrete poured, the outside temperature and the type of cement used in the mix. But on average it takes around 2-3 hours to set and then around 7 days to fully cure. After that, it will keep gaining strength for about 28 days.
Why does concrete crack?
Because concrete is not flexible, freeze-thaw conditions cause it to crack during. This is perfectly normal and small cracks do not compromise the strength of the concrete. Simply add a fibrous product to seal the cracks or place “joints” in the area.

Does concrete require maintenance?
There are a few things that can be done to make sure the concrete stays in good shape, such as avoiding applying antifreeze chemicals especially during winter. You should clean the concrete regularly avoiding the use of strong acids when trying to remove any stains. A sealant should also be applied to protect it from the environment to which it is exposed.
How is concrete measured
Concrete is measured by the cubic yard, that is, three feet by three feet by three feet (or 27 cubic feet). A cubic yard of concrete weighs about 4,000 pounds.
How is the strength of concrete measured?
The resistance depends on the ratio of water to cement and the quality of the materials used in the cement. Mechanical resistance tests such as compression and bending are normally carried out to determine resistance of this material.

Does an irrigation system require Maintenance?
Maintenance is pretty simple – check the system at least twice every season when you first turn it on and in the middle of the season. Regular maintenance includes inspecting the controller, updating any time or date, checking all wire connections, replacing the backup battery, and powering up each zone to check for damage.
What would be the Best time to work over the landscape
